Pérez-Holanda S.L, is characterised and differentiated by its specific specialisation in matters related to business advice and consultancy in R&D&I, mainly in the protection, negotiation and transfer of technology, providing advisory services, registration, surveillance and protection of industrial and intellectual property rights and technology transfer both in Spain and abroad.

Pérez-Holanda S.L. acts as a consultant for Multilateral Organisations such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the United Nations.  This activity is carried out through the identification and subsequent presentation of proposals, as well as their operational development.

The firm also participates in tendering procedures for European Commission contracts, analysing and preparing reports in different fields of interest.

Since 2007 Pérez-Holanda S.L, through its founder Guillermo Pérez-Holanda, is International Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Spanish Government, at the proposal of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers, in UN International Missions (short list -10 lawyers) and since 2008 the firm is legal advisor for Technology Transfer for several European technology centres and consortia such as: CINN, CSI, FUO, FYCIT, IP NANOKER, ITMA, CSIC, FGCSIC; etc.
